hot protein?

could i add protein powder to something hot? like a hot chocolate milk. i would add maybe 150g to a 16oz cup since it take me a lot longer to drink a hot chocolate than gatorade.

u could indeed. most protein powders denature above 250 degrees and ur hot choc. will be much cooler than that.
