Alex or anyone with input,
I am 5'7'' 195lb and roughly 16% bodyfat. I am looking for a formula to help lean me out. Overall weight loss would be nice, but I'm mainly concerned with dropping my BF% a few points.
I lift 4 x wk and cardio 5 x wk. I have a lot of muscle on me and looking to reveal it.
Would hydro 1400 an whey fractions help? I am looking for low carb ( I can add them if need be). I would be using this formula post-workout and later the same day.
