ok so i'm getting ready for wrestling season and that means cutting weight, extreme weight cuttage. like dropping from 169lbs at 23% to 145 to 152. i'm leaning more to the 152 because i'll be stronger at that weight. so i eat fruit for breakfast, half a protein bar for a snack, and a small salad for lunch, then another half, then a protein shake.
i'm thinking about adding a muscle to make sure i get my vitamins and what not, and taking definition too give me that little bit of water weight advantage. any comments on wht else would help me cut, and if there are any ohter wrestlers who could give me some advice. i'd be very grateful
