I found a great way to fry my chest after my workout! Has anyone ever heard of Alligator Pushups? You get in the pushup position and stagger one hand forward of the other about a foot. Then you go down into a pushup, chest to floor, and when you push back up you stagger the other hand forward a foot and crawl with your feet. You keep doing this across the gym. I go about forty feet each set. Yes people will look at you funny but it is usually the people that sit on the machines and talk to their friends anyway. The true hard corps will give you a look like your crazy. Just go to failure each set until you can't push up any more. If done correctly you will look like an alligator crawling. The staggered position works your chest at an angle it has probably never been worked before and it is almost like doing a one arm pushup because your rear hand can't help as much.
