i see it as a timing issue. the hydro's, pp i use for when i want a rapid amino surge ie pwo. the bio, cfm etc for mrp's when i just want extra protein intake. caseins, milk proteins for a more prolonged release. the plasma i see as an addition to all proteins to enhance the immune system. thats my reasoning for using different proteins but i'm sure others opinions will vary
