wanted to report on the gplc. received mine 2day. 12 packets of chewable tablets. 2day did shoulders, a muscle group i can honestly say i wud normally get ZERO pump on normal days. 2day was different, very different. pump wud be an understatement. painful pump wud be a more accurate description but painful in a good way. after 1 day i'm sold on this product. amazing
