Its fine. Remember that your body is just concerned with survival. so when you start working outyour body is looking for energy. mostly in the form of carbs. the banana is a good idea. Protein is a lousy energy source (according to your body). your MRP is a good preworkout because of the decent amount of Oatmuscle.
I have been using tetrapump preworkout But I work out at 6 AM. I have nothing in my stomach. Right before I drink the tetra pump I MUST eat something or I feel ill. The other day I had a rice crispy treat. I literally had nothing in my cabinets (carbwise), so I figured its better than nothing.
