super plasma protein

Can you tell me how many grams of super plasma bovine I would get per serving from a 60% egg white , 10 whole egg, 30% super plasma?
How well will this mix by spoon or blender?
Also do you think chocolate with stevia would taste halfway decent in this custom blend ?


All depends on your serving size. Typically you would use a 30 gram serving size.

30 X .30=9.

Thus 9 grams or actually 8.1 because super plasma is 90% protein.

Very good in a blender, spoon minor clumping.

Chocolate stevia would taste good. You are going to have an egg taste of course, but if you like egg you are good to go. the super plasma is really bland now a days
