Hey Alex,

I placed an order yesterday and for whatever reason, I chose the wrong shipping method. I rec'd a call a few minutes ago and I the girl I spoke with, (I think she said Melissa) gave me the low down and told me which method to use and credited my card back.


A lot of other companies would have just sent it out regardless.
