gplc-tetra pump

tetra pump wud be ideal for u to replace the explode. flux, dex, pepto, creapure and gplc is a synergistic combo that will aid with endurance, recovery and muscle pumps.

The gplc says something about men but is this ok for women. Is there any feedback that have been using the gplc or tetra pump?

i dont know of any reason why women should't use gplc or tetra. there is some feedback on both, mostly positive

I work out late at night, 7pm-8:30pm. Would the GLCP keep me up and make it hard for me to get to sleep if I take it pre work out? I usually get to bed around 9:30-10:00pm.

I haven't had any problems at all with it keeping me up. It's partly an energy supplement, but not a stimulant.

Hey Fly-

I am in the same situation with having to workout later at night. Can you post any issues you may or may not have with taking at night?

I have used twice at night and so far nothing to complain about.
