1) How did you learn about Proteinfactory.com?
Was given protein from ProteinFactory.com from a friend when I was training at Westside Barbell, liked it a lot, and heard I could even customize my own protein powders and MRPs. Thought the idea was ingenious.
2) What formula are you using from Proteinfactory.com?
I am using my own blends, one with Super Plasma, IPI, Whey isolate, Pepto pro, and HRS. The other contains Whey fraction, whey isolate, and maltodextrin.
3) When did you start training?
When I was 11 yrs old, about 16yrs ago. God I feel old, lol.
4) What your favorite exercise?
Bench press and its variations, deadlifts are a close second.
5) Please tell me briefly what a typical training session is?
Lots of weight, low reps, long rests between sets, and as of late I use a lot of chains. Most of my sets are between 5-8 reps, and usually finish with a 2 or 3 rep max. My workouts last about an hour sometimes a little longer.
6) do you have a trainer?
Not at the moment, but I have gotten a lot of what I employ in my training from the guys at Westside Barbell and Ed Coan.
7) If so whom, and why is he your trainer?

8) Do you think there is a limit to a persons strength?
Yes, but I think they are self-imposed limits. There are many feats of strength that nobody thought would ever be achieved that have now been surpassed, such as Bolton’s 1000lb deadlift.
9) How many times can you bench 225lbs
No idea, I don’t have the patience to find out. I can do 20 reps with 405 on incline though.
10) What are you benching now?
Not sure of that either, going to max out closer to my next meet (January 18th). I have been doing reps with 600+ lately though.
11) Are you married, got a girlfriend or single?
Married
12) What is your favorite supplement?
Protein and carb drinks
13) do you follow any particular diet?
Not really, I just try to get enough calories to keep my blood sugar from dropping and to fuel my training. I try to limit crap calories though, only really turn to them as a last resort.
14)if you could sum up how to train in a few words what would it be?
Hard and heavy!
15)Ever think about Met-RX worlds strongest man?
Too short! I am right around 6’ tall, but have a big chest and stubby hands which work against me in many of the events.
16)How long do your training sessions last?
An hour to an hour and a half, depending on how many of my workout partners show up.
