Protein from Goats and Sheep

I have begun looking into these...pretty interesting, but if they dont have any ergogenic benefits whats the point?

I also found some IGF-1 powder. May be getting in samples

I have tried a sample of a goat whey protein ... I think it was called "Goatein" or something like that.

Anyways, it was WAY overpriced for what you got ... definitely NOT worth buying IMO.
