Whole Organic Egg Vs Egg Whites

I have read the descriptions from both products, other than total fats?

Whats the major difference when adding to a custom mix?
Whole Organic Egg has the nutrition advantage?
Egg White has the advantage in lower fats?

Difference is mostly usage. Use the Whole Organic Egg for MRPs, Night formulas, and Weight Gainers. Egg whites can be used for all of the above as well as PWO shakes. Other than that, if you want a shake with fat, go with Whole Egg, otherwise use egg whites. Also, the taste of Whole Organic Egg is stronger and harder to mask.

Egg White has the advantage in lower fats? Yes, egg white almost has zero fat

The fat and cholesterol in the Whole eggs is also great for testosterone production.

Testosterone is good.
