Question for Alex or Mod

Now, I do buy some of the PF products at BB.com, only because of the Bill Me Later method-

My questions are

1) Alex, will you ever offer the bill me later method?

2) If we do purchase PF products from other sites and prove this by emailing the invoice, can we still get points? Or possibly 1/2 the value of the points for buying PF products on another site?

3) I have read that if you are putting a custom formula together and need to make a phone call to ask for assistance , you will not rec' the points. Is there something that can be done so we get the points?
