This is a pic from my contest 2 mos. ago. I over dieted a little. Stats : 5'6'' 166# 4th open middle wt. no oppertunity for pre stage carbs or pump up=not happy! Next time...Protein factory supplies the only supplements I'll ever take.All other protein now makes my wife and me gag(thin and too sweet)!Had to throw all those free samples out.Thanks Alex! Also,Gplc and creapure are helping me a ton post contest!

My wife is dying to get back in the gym. Something we can do together after the baby is born in Feb.

I cut for 3 mo. and I'll be doing the same contest next year. I need to put on some weight. 166#s needs to be 176. My wife doesn't compete. However, she's a good training partner. Congrats on the upcoming baby.I have 1 she's 15.No more kids for me!

Big, I know this may be alot of work, but would you post your pre-contest diet and supplement program. I'm dieting now and could use fresh ideas, if you wouldn't mind. Thanks.
