PWO low Carb Mix

Suggestions for a Low Carb Mix for PWO while on low carb Diet?

My Body Type is Endomorph and I and trying to loss the weight.

Heck - I came up with

10% Aussie
70% CFM
15% Oat Muscle
5% CLA

this contains
196 Cal's
2 g's fat
7.2 Carb
36 g's Protein

Personally, I would up the percentage of aussie or add another anti-catabolic protein to the mix so it's more of an all-purpose formula that protects against catabolism. I would also nix the CLA. It's never been proven to be effective in trials with acutal humans.

I will remember that when I start cutting. Glad I found out now

I take this in the AM sometimes as well as mid afternoon- 5 different proteins, Bcaa's, good choice
