you could use this for post work out but youd be waaay better with some text book pwo shakes.
i wouldnt use this for lean gain and most probably not 3x a day. if i had this formula id only drink it in the monring when i get up. other than that, nah.
and to be honest i dont know what lean gain is, or what ingredients it sposed to have. but to get lean you need to just hit the gym and formulate something with oat/omega muclse.
