There are supplements, and then there are "supplements" ... my guess is she is using both.

Yeah and it is always a sticky wicket trying to figure out what a person is using to get to where they look like that. Unless it is blatantly obvious like any top 300+ lbs. shredded dude or any top 300+ lbs. shredded chick (kidding but they are huge), I err on the side of caution.

I will say that I think that we are all in agreement that the quality of the food/protein we put in our body's make a big difference. I personally think that she's a master of the Custom Protein Lab and has discovered that the famed "Equation of Everything" is actually a perfect ratio of protein, carbs and fats that when taken 3-4 times a day, turns you into a godess. But that's just me

sure Phat, and I bet she's spending ALL her hard earned money from her pay site on PF protein. She probably takes 10 shakes a day. I can see how that would shred you like Clen. It's the same thing right? Yeah. Moving on.

Man ... if I could get my hands on some Anavar and clenbuterol, shredding would be cake!
