Hi guys...I'm getting out of the Army and heading back to civilian life. My new job will have me working 12 hr days (either 7am-7pm or vice versa, with 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). I was looking for a breakfast on the go type mix to sip on my 20-30 min drive in every day.
I looked at the breakfast blend on here, but wanted something slightly different. What I was looking at was:
15% Egg White Protein,
25% Victoria Milk Protein,
5% Super Plasma Protein,
15% Whole Organic Egg,
10% Yolk Powder,
15% OmegaMuscle,
15% HRS,
During the day I'll have whole foods and maybe a different blend of protein shake...once I get into it and see what kind of time I have. But breakfast I've always considered critical, so I wanted to start off right.
Any suggestions are always appreciated. Oh...and my workout schedule, in the beginning at least will revolve around my off days. Seems it'll set up for good rest in between sessions, maybe stopping in here and there for some quick cardio on the days I work.
