normally my body dont make much noise when i work out, but it isnt the case with squats.
everytime i do squats, everytime, my knees make these noises thats hard to explain. like screeching noises. it sounds like all my bones are being crunched, mushed together. it happens everytime i go low and the second that i go up.
it happens everytime i bend my knees, but only in the squat position. it makes just as much noise when i do squats with no weights.
what does this mean? is it normal? can i reduce or fix it?
