Lactose amounts cfm/pepto pro

Hey Alex,
What's the lactose amount in CFM and Pepto Pro? Also, what protein has the least amount of lactose? Thanks

Both proteins have zero lactose

In both cases, there is little to no lactose, you shouldn't have problems. The same goes for Membrane micellar, 97 Ultra, biofresh, 1400, 1300, Aussie, ion exchange, isochill, etc.,. The most lactose free would be Super plasma, any soy, rice protein, or Egg.
