zone mix

hey its Pat I'm looking for a zone style all purpose mix using i guess cfm and whatever you think is a good carb to be in there. 40/40/30. Also looking for Ribose but don't see it on site.

you are going to want to use the protein custom lab off the home page.

Try this formula

40% EFA
20% omega muscle
40% Whey isolate (either CFM or Ultra 97)

This should give you the 40/30/30

Ribose we dont carry. You need to be pretty consistent with the stuff if you wanted it to work. Secondly you need to makesure you use only Bioenergy Ribose as they are the creators and the chinese just ripped them off, and supplement company's buy ribose from the chinese because its alot cheaper. Therefore if you DO find Bioenergy Ribose its gonna be expensive. Finally i think the product is sorta weak. Supplements in my opinion are weak in general as far as muscle gains goes, I really cant thing of one that produces noticably results. Creatine is really the only one that works decent. If your looking for more ENERGY, just look into eating better and eating less refined and processed carbs. Most likely this is causing you to get energy and then you crash. anymore questions just post them here
