Can anyone share their experiences using oatmuscle PWO?
I'm using Rilose and Pepto PWO right now (approx. 50g Rilose, 15g Pepto, creatine, killer qc, hydrodipeptides) and I'd like to cut up a little but also trying to maintain / increase some muscle mass (who isn't?).
Looks like some of you have switched your high GI carb with the oatmuscle. Alex mentioned he switched and looks like a solid ectomorph using an oatmuscle / pepto blend (he's a protein pimp). I'm concerned about the blunted insulin spike and/or rate of digestion but I'm loving the idea of eliminating the sugar.
Lose the Rilose? Blend the Rilose with some Oatmuscle? What %'s / grams are you using? Any feedback would be great!
