Omega3s in Night Blend

In trying to increase Omega3s without any additional Omega6s, should I be avoiding the EFA powder for a night mix, and using Omega Muscle instead?

Also, do you have any Omega 3/6 info on the Anabolic Cream?

Then you just want to use the Omega muscle. its all flax oil and fish oil. the EFA powder is all omega 6 and little omega 3
