PWO Custom Protein

I'm considering this blend for post-workout.

25% Tri-Fx
25% 520
20% MM Casein
20% CFM
10% Glutamine Peptides

Thoughts? Do you think this will have an adequate supply of BCAA's?

Post workout you really out to use quick absorbing proteins. The casein is not going to hit your bloodstream for an hour at least.

Stick with the 520 and the CFM and add some simple carbs like rilose or dextrose. Keep the ratio right around 50/50.

It is always a good idea to add some carbs to your post workout mix, that way your body utilizes the protein for muscle repair instead of glycogen replenishment.

Thanks for the advice! I should've mentioned I always consume my PWO shake with an additional carb that I don't put into the blend (or put it in a homemade smoothie).

I was thinking of 25% super plasma..20%CFM whey isolate..15%peptopro..20%oatmuscle..20% theta amino's...too much?What do you guys think?

I don't think you need ANY amino's ... if you do opt to use them, 20% is WAY too much! If you are trying to keep your carbs low, your formulation looks good, however I would probably opt towards at least 50% carbs:

10-15% Super Plasma
10-15% Peptopro
10-15% CFM Whey
55-70% Oatmuscle

Yeah,now that i think about it the amino's would be over kill.Thanks for the input.Adding more carbs would be better too.
