calculation please

i started my CLA gels today and i read that 3,400mg is needed per day. 3,000mg is provided a day from 3 gels. i also have 10% CLA in my protein powders.

so in 30grams of protein(10% CLA), whats the mg amount for CLA? thanks

3 grams of CLA, so 3 pills plus 30 g protein is 3300 mg

great thanks, ahhaha im stupid.

i drink about 3 protein waters a day, so roughly 4,000mg. and the bottle lasts 35 days, ill post my conclusions then.
