super plasma?

i would like peoples honest opinion on the super plasma protein. i'm thinking of throwing it into my mix if whey isolate/oatmuscle for a post workout formula. looking for some gains and was wondering if people had good results with this stuff.

Hey just wanted to make sure I got the right stuff? I was expecting that awful beef jerkey taste I've heard it had and then ...nothing, no taste at all. Not complaining that it doesn't taste bad! Just not what I was expecting could there be mix up?

Nooo, they have really improved the taste since 1998, when it first came out. I am also releasing a new product soon with about 50% super plasma in it.

I've been using the super plasma at about 20% in my all purpose formula, also 5% in my post WO and night formula, for the past 6 weeks. Stuff is great! I've noticed that I leaned out nicely and my muscles seem to be much fuller even though my calories are below maintence since i'm cutting right now. Great Stuff. I will be including it in all my formulas from now on.

What is the difference between Hydrolyzed Caseinate 1300 and Hydrolyzed Whey 520, besides that one is whey and one is caseinate? What are the effects of both and at what does are they most effective?

Also, with the Plasma protein, at what does are results usually obtained? Would a formula consisting of 5% Super Plasma work nicely in a 40-50g serving?

I don't have all your answers for you, but I can tell you that the 1400 and 520 are the molecular weights of two types of hydrolyzed proteins you mention...and as I've learned here from Alex, the lower the molecular weight, the faster the body can absorb the nutrients and put them to work.
