I like Andrew Lesman's stuff as well

i've prolly tried most of them but i always return to fish oil. i do take a lot though, 1 gram per 10 # of body weight spread out over 6 servings per day. nothing seems to work as well as the fish oil for me.

I have to agree with Jones, always seem to stick with fish oil

I have had great results with cissus quadrangulis. I use 750mgs of a 10% extract three times a day. I cap it myself most of the time.

1500mg Glucosamine Sulfate
1200mg Chondroitin Sulfate
1000mg MSM

It's actually a bit hard to find all three in one and at the levels used in the scientific studies. The Labrada Elasti Joint mentioned earlier looks like a gold standard.

I do wonder about how the low molecular weight sulfates and Type II chicken collagen compares in efficacy to the above. I've tried krill oil, Microlactin, astaxanthin, high dose MSM, Fast Acting Joint Formula, various fish oils, various anti-inflammatory bioagents, etc. "Efficacy" to me means the ability to repair and regenerate cartilage, not just mask pain symptoms which makes any anti-inflammation of any kind very problematic.

Frankly, I'm afraid only prolotherapy and platement rich plasma is the only real solution.
