I think it's ironic that you just did this interview with Aminogen now that you're going to stop carrying it and switch to something better!

what do everyone think about

we only digest(take in)about 8 grams of whey isolate in 1 1/2 hour? so it dont matter how much faster aminogen(or alexs new enzyme)ups the protein digestion. 25-30 grams of protein is more than enough for pre post and during the day, right?

if the info said in the article/interview is as close to what we know as the big bang theory. i would say we need no more than 30 grams a time, especially for post work out. my new thinking would be, taking it as often as possible instead of 50-60 grams every now and then.

i would have to set my alarm to 3 AM once i start going to the gym.

I dont know now.They say 1gram to 1.5 grams of protein per body weight.I always took in 1.5 grams when i bulk to make sure i get enough to grow.I know i got enough cause i always put on size after a bulk.So,does that mean we dont need as much as they say we do since we dont absorb all of it?Also,i took in 48 grams at each meal.If i still have to take in 1 to 1.5 grams per pound,i'll never get all that in,in a day.I'd have to be up almost 24 hours to get it in at just 8 to 24 grams in each meal..........Alex,whats your advice/take on this???

You absorb it all, it's just that any protein calories that arent needed are stored as body fat, just like any other macronutrient. Don't forget, all calories, regardless of where they come from (protein, fat, carb or alcohol), are either burned or stored.
