Hello, I am interested in hearing some feedback about the blends I made below. I am a complete newb to supplements and bodybuilding in general so I want to make sure I get the right stuff before ordering. I would describe myself as a mesomorph with pesky fat pockets I am trying to get rid of so I want to keep fat content at a minimum. Currently, I have only taken optimum nutrition gold standard so I am hoping these custom blends will offer more performance. This site was quite the find! I love learning about all the different supplements.
Post workout
20% peptopro
25% super plasma
25% instant oatmuscle
30% HRS
Nighttime anticatabolic
25% rice olgidextrin
25% oatmuscle
25% victoria milk protein
25% whey protein concentrate or maybe biofresh.
I am not sure what blend I should for pre workout. I was thinking maybe something high in super plasma and hydrolyzed whey but I am not sure what other stuff I should put in it.
Any suggestions would be awesome!
