Hey all,
I'm trying to design an MRP that can be easily incorporated into the Zone Diet plan and into my military-focused lifestyle.
42 years young ... weigh about 195 ... want to cut another 10-15lbs and get bf under 10%. My workouts are Crossfit-centered and I have decided to follow a diet that approximates the Zone principles (proteins 30-35% of cals, Carbs 30-40% of cals, fats 25-35% of cals).
I have initially designed an MRP that consists of the following:
30% Whey Lite
15% Super Plasma
15% Whole Organic Egg
40% Oatmuscle
FIT42 and the site have convinced me to center my MRP around this protein type. I have also included the Super Plasma for it's immunity-boosting functions (I rarely catch illnesses that have plagued my unit) and the Whole Organic Egg for it's egg protein and testosterone-friendly egg fat.
I like the oatmuscle as it is Alex's lowest GI carb.
I didn't include Omega Muscle in the mix I already take Fish Oil twice a day (5g in the AM and PM).
Suggestions or comments?
