Alex, Can you cite any references or studies that have compared the efficacy of building & maintaining lean muscle mass using soy isolate vs whey isolate? Seriously thinking of becoming vegetarian after reading The China Study by T Colin Campbell.... previously ordered CFM Whey Isolate ...recommendations regarding ordering PF soy isolate vs XT formulation (any advantages of one over the other)? Thanks
