I would use low GI pre and high GI post. Preworkout is getting a little too much attention right now. If you are healthy and are eating right throughout the day you should not need a stimulant or anything to get you going preworkout. If you are an athlete and want to practice harder than you did the day before than preworkout formulas could work. but if you are an everyday joe bodybuilder I really dont see them being that important. I workout at 6 AM. I drink water, orange juice, gatorade usually before I head to the gym. I workout for 30 to 45 minutes and come home and have the Rilovol with some peptopro.
You still want to gain muscle so go with rilose, dextrose, or maltodextrin post with some hydrolyzed protein. For preworkout fruit, veggies, oatmuscle, or any healthy carb.
dont use caffeine or stimulants...these are just catabolic products.
the TRIFX should be you #1 choice for protein for muscle growth. (that's if you like the growth factor ideas) If you like BCAA's better for muscle growth you go with CFM. If I were you I would go with the CFM
