My great abs thanks to Alex!

At 47 I entered my first USBF figure competition on Oct 13th and won 1st in the women's masters and 2nd in the open. It was all thanks to Alex's penta protein, recovery, zip and creatine p/12. I'd been working out for a while but didn't get results until I started using these products. I'm competing again Nov 3rd in the OCB competition in Syracuse. Thanks Alex !

I posted over in the supplement section last week asking for comments from ZIP users. Since you've been using it, do you 'really' notice its effects? I've never had much luck with the stimulant variety of fat burners, and I was thinking of giving the ZIP formula a try....Thanks

zip definitely worked for me and it didn't have the jittery side effects like the other fat burners do. I use the initial dose of 5 a day and then a maintenance dose of 4 a day. 2 after breakfast and 2 after dinner

Seriously though. those are some wicked abs. you dont have to give us your secret or anything, but if you could give us maybe your 5 rules that you used to get super lean like that?

I always eat clean, high protein, complex carbs. I use your supplements because they're all natural. I do 400 crunches a night, but what I do tonight I'll do 400 completely different ab exercises tomorrow because I don't want my body to get used to the same thing. I get better results that way. That and genetics I guess are my secrets.
