I've been lifting heavy now(can bench 422lbs. for 12-14 reps)and notice that my wrists take a beating when lifting heavy.Even whats ''light weight'' for me still takes a beating on 'em.I take joint support(cant wait to buy the joint supp on here,hope it's out soon).Would gloves with wrist straps help much?Or maybe just wrist straps.Also,i do work my forearms out too.So,pro's and con's of wrist straps..............Thanks...
