39 y/o male. Avg shape, doing a push-pull routine 4 days per week - M T Th F.
I workout from 6:30am to 7:30am and the next 8-9 hours are mostly chained to a desk for work. I try and walk a little on my lunch at noon. When I get home, I do 30 to 45 min of light cardio on treadmill or a few miles of biking in the summer 5 days per week.
Looking for a pwo that I can use within 10 min of my morning workout.
