which sweetener

Hey gang, I was looking to place an order but am confused about which sweetener to use. I know splenda is quite popular, but that, and aspartame are the only ones I've ever heard of. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

i think a lot of people like stevia, or you could go with neosweet altho it really is sweet. most of the time i dont use any.

I recommend stevia as well. Although I am trying to get away from any sweetener.

If you want to steer clear from artificial sweeteners, you could try adding about 30% Rilose or Dextrose, or about 15% fructose (fructose is much sweeter than the other two). I've started doing that recently for cardio mixes and it seems to work pretty well.

I dont like sweeteners as they reek havoc on me and then iam on the can too much.Also,i wanna put less stress on my kidneys as well.
