an inexpensive way, if u dont wanna add carbs is just victoria milk protein i think... or try 40% cfm or any isolate like biofresh, 20% soy, 30%milk protein or caseins and maybe 10% MCT about 30-40g per serving, this would be a good anytime shake i think even post workout.
thats going to be my next fatloss/inexpensive anytime drink...
