Rifle tabs

i have the rifle tablets that i just purchased and was wondering the most effective time of the day to take them. i was thinking before bed or after my workout. which do u think? Thanks

Post workout with your postworkout carb/hydro.

It'll actually make it work better

sweet thank you. i am not too sure exactly what growth factors do. am i supposed to see gains from using the rifle or what?

Hopefully anything you buy from the Proteinfactory.com will give you gains. The RIFLE tablets are just another ergogenic aid I have formulated. It has peptides, super plasma, whey isolate GH, and aminogen. Taken with a preworkout and your really gone amp up its effectiveness.

i have been told to take rifle right after a workout and also right before what do u think would be the best time to take it?

I would still say postworkout. because combined with other proteins and carbs, it'll just make a better anabolic shake.

Preworkout drinks are getting a little too much attention. Unless you are waking up and heading directly to the gym, then I would recommend rifle tabs. but savem for post.

But the whole point in preworkout is to keep your body OUT of a catabolic state. Drinking carbs with electrolytes is a much better idea for this. NOT protein. Protein is a bad energy source and the body ONLY cares about how much energy you have. If you have no glycogen in your body and you swallow rifle tabs they are going to be a waste. The body is just going to use the little protein in the RIFLE tabs for energy. Once again if you swallowed the RIFLE tabs with a 32 oz gatorade then that would be a good idea pre workout.

Alex, What would you recomment pre-workout for someone trying to cut weight/build lean mass? I'm extremely calorie conscious at this point, so Is Gatorade a still a good choice in my case? It's tough to stomach breakfast at 4:30 am, so I've been downing 1/2 serving of Whey light preworkout. Workout starts at 5:00am c 30 mins cardio followed by 30 of resistance training. Decent breakfast follows at 7:15, then Oatmuscle & whey isolate at 10:30.

I would stick with the whey light....Really I workout in the morning too. I usually drink some PeptoPro. They whey light is great because its a hydrolyzed protein.

thought i'de add something cool. i'm on the 2nd week of my 6 week building cycle. i'm using 50grams of whey isolate/50grams of oatmuscle/rifle tabs/creatine mono postwork out and i've gained 6 pounds in a week and a half(no fat gains!). muscle's are extremely full, biggest they've ever been. alex ur stuff is amazing, no more bs i'm shopping here forever.
