Creapure vs. Kre-alkalyn

Protein Factory does not use products from China.

p-12, or kre alkalyn, or buffered creatine (names of the same creatine) are all made in China. The only stuff not made in China is Creapure.

I have noticed over time that descriptions have changed slightly. The Creatine in Big Blast was supposed to require only a gram to maintain per day, and could be loaded faster. I think that was called P-12 but I'm not sure.

Either way, I like the creatine used.

Look at the supplements section at a thread called ''creatine comes full circle''.Hope that answers your ?'s.

Once you read an article Alex posted on the manufacturing of creatine you would never use anything but Creapure. The raw materials China uses to make these different types of creatine is toxic...(i.e., not good for you)

Scary.The thread said the ingredient was carcinogenic.I tried Kre-alkalyn once.Used it for two weeks and nothing.I was at vitamin shoppe and brought a tub of ON pre-load creatine up to the counter and the dude said,''Oh,i have something thats 10 times stronger and you use less of it too.And it doesnt give you cramps or make it so you cant move your arm cause you didnt drink enough water,and its safer too''.I told him i've used ON from day one with good results,so why should i change?I took it back and told the manager that his inept employee sold me crap.Lol.I got an exchange and never went back.Thats about the time i knew most supp's besides the basics(creatine,protein powder,carbs and such)were junk and found no need to go into those kind of stores ever again.Now,i order everything from here.And like i told Alex in an e-mail,iam a customer for life

The salespeople at vitamin shoppe for the most part are under-informed and misinformed.

I know the guys that work at the one around the corner from my gym and I think for the most part they are decent guys, just not very knowledgeable about supplements.

They push NO Xplode a lot as well as Gaspari products. I usually just pop in to get protein bars as snacks and occasionally I pick up an energy drink like their green tea or what not.
