I was thinking about a customized pre/post-workout for endurance athletes, or athletes that use a combination of power/edurance (i.e. soccer, rugby, or football players). Maybe a protein/complex carb mix with beta-alanine or other endurance supplements.
We can easily make a carb/protien mix, but it would be useful to have a few extras. I use to get shin splints and fatigued while playing soccer/football, but since beta-alanine use its been near to nothing. I tend to do high-rep workouts w/ a lot of cardio and both strength and cardio coniditioning has gone up.
I use think it would be useful for many people to have that sort of supplement ( or many componets in one) for that use.
