super plasma & pepto pro

I just bought myself a bunch of supp's as an early birthday present to myself which included super plasms and pepto pro.I plan on taking pepto pro just for pwo,but should i take the super plasma every day to get the full effects?Thanks,Bill.

They sound awesome.Have you used the Hydrodipeptide Liquid Capsules?They sound tight as well.

I have used them before. I take animal pak around my workouts so adding more pills is not part of my pre-workout routine. If you are going to use a "pill" pre-workout, these are a good way to go.

Thanks.I use animal pak for multi and joint support.A lotta pills lol.
