I was looking at a forum and a member posted a thread about PH'S and size.He said he noticed that a lot of people for example start off at 200lbs. and after say,6-9 cycles they're only about 15lbs. heavier,even though they gain 12-15lbs. a cycle.And then other members were like''i think your onto something'' (sigh...)I said the same thing YEARS ago and got flammed lol.I said ''how come you've done 12 cycles and your arms are only 16 inches?''And i wasnt being an a-hole or trying to be,but i would always crack up cause at that time i never used PH'S and mine were 18 and my training at the time including supp's and everything else sucked and i still made better gains than they did and drank like a fish at the time too lol.It's about time that some of these people wake up and see what scams PH'S are(i've done two cycles myself as well).Most of the companies that make PH'S also make alot of other crappy supp's too.I'll be glad when they're banned again and again.

.And it's just such a rip off to spend that kind of $ on 'em.An average cycle with P.C.T. and support supp's is a good $300-400 bucks.That would buy ya a nice stash of supp's from here.It makes you wonder if these guys will be around to see 40 with doing a ton of cycles so young
.What really drove me nuts is how guys would come on the forum and say they've been lifting for 8 months and ask me whats a good PH for them.I always got flamed for telling them food,sleep,training hard.Even though i did two cycles iam proud to say i built my size from hard ass lifting over the years before i even touch 'em.
