No I dont think so...That would just be like eating some LOW GI foods like nuts or something and then drinking creatine. The thing with DEXTROSE is that is can be classified as a "supplement". Meaning that oatmuscle is really just food technically. (mother nature made it) whereas dextrose is man-made. Thus it has a "adverse" reaction in the body. Mother nature never intended to subject the body to foods with GI at 100...its just unhealthy...
that supplement in itself should only be used for about 3 weeks max...taking that much dextrose is just not good for you...
check out our rilovol we have with the rice instead of the corn...its a good healthy alternative
