1. Go with the stevia as a sweetner.
2. For a low GI carb source, you can't beat Oatmuscle. I also would recommend the Omegamuscle at 15%
3. Do not fear the Super Plasma!!! The source may seem odd / disgusting, but the results are not. If you are seeking improved health, Super Plasma may be the best thing PF sells.
4. If protein shakes / MRP's give you gas, avoid the hydro 520 ... it is a hydrolized Whey Concentrate so it contains lactose, a big no-no for you.
5. Glutamine peptides are over-rated ... if you are willing to spend that much for a suppliment, you are MUCH better off go with the Super Plasma.
6. How does this mix sound to you?
20% Milk Protein Isolate (a lot like the Micellar or Aussie Caseinate)
15% Whole Organic Egg
15% Super Plasma Protein
30% Oatmuscle
15% Omegamuscle
5% Your favorite fat (for added calories)
Add Aminogen and one of the Muscle Colors.
You mentioned fiber ... the Omega Muscle helps somewhat, but added fresh fruit would also help out in this regard.
