Cardio Endurance

Does PF have a product that would help specifically with cardio endurance....running / sprints up hills etc....?

Creatine monohydrate and any of the carb supplements.

and the GPLC will help. CQ, even though I dont carry it, might help with cardio.

I love that GPLC,its getting more and more research behind it. Its going to be recognized soon as a great supplement. The only problem is the price. I remember when creatine first came out it was high too, but not as close as being as high as GPLC. I sell it for like 65.00, and thats cheap. retail that thing should be like $150.00. Maybe the price will drop. But bottom line is. try the GPLC, its plenty worth it.

I've used GPLC for cardio and it helps a noticeable amount. Also use a good source of antioxidants to decrease recovery time.

Killer QC is great. If you can afford killer qc and gplc, it is a great stack to use for performance and recovery.

Oh yeah, and one nice thing about the GPLC you get from PF is that it is just GPLC. There are about three other GPLC products out now that are in proprietary blends so who knows how much GPLC you actually get in each serving.

GPLC is waaaay to expensive to sell it like we are at the retail level. they prices themselves out to high. Unless they figured supplement company's will just dust it in anyhows.

Thanks everyone! I already have the Killer QC and will check into the GPLC.

Am I to add both of these to my pre-workout shake? If so, how long before?
