all this foam?

so i got this new pwo shake - 40% HRS n peptopro with 20% super plasma. after my session i put in roughly 35g of that along with 5grams of creatine then mix it up in my blender bottle with water. and it make all this foam, so i was just wondering why that is and should also gulp down the foam?
