1) reduce the calories. That is the only way to lose body fat.
2) protein, carbs, and fat in that order. eat good protein, eat good carbs, eat good fat
3) TRAIN HARD!!! if your not sweating ass off in the gym why bother. (take a look at the picture section. the lady with the abs admits doing 300 sit ups a night. that is one crazy mama!!!
4 Supplements. (krill oil, flax oil, oatmuscle, zip or some really helpful products when trying to lose bodyfat.
What NOT to do.
1) too much cardio, like 6 to 7 days a week. instead short intense cardio instead of long and enduring. this will save muscle mass
2) ampethamine like caffeine.
3) Nitric Oxide products, and most of them contain caffeine
4) dextrose, maltodextrin, these are high gi processed foods
5) prohormones
