Hey everybody, first of all let me say Im glad I found this website, I've had more questions answered here just by browsing the forums then any advice given by friends or trainers. Anyway I'll cut to the chase.
I used to do lots of heavy weights but have switched now to swimming and body weight work outs to get a more lean/ripped look (which is what Im going for). Aside from just plain whey protein I haven't tried any other supplements. I recently ordered a 5 lb whey pack from protein factory and decided I might as well try the creatine since it was an option. I want to know how much of an impact this will make in my current diet, appearance, weight, etc since Im a little apprehensive of creatine and am simply going for lean and muscular, not big. Should I be concerned at all about the amount/ what can I expect?(is there enough in the mix to make a major difference?)
