There arent any "research" studies that we can look at that states the effects of dietary fat on protein timing absorption. But I wouldnt think that it effects it too much. I would still think that the CFM would be absorbed with a couple hours. CFM in water vs. CFM and fat in water the difference is probably very minimal.
I also dont think that micellar casein and/or milk proteins last all night. I know alot of supplement companies have marketing "8-hour" time release protein, but that totally krap. I know that today I will wolf down enough food to feed a horse and that tommorrow morning I will still be hungry.
The anabolic cream is a good choice for night because of the whey, milk, and dietary fat. its a good supplement for a anabolic/anti-catabolic hormonal effect.
For the carbs (oatmuscle) at night. Everyone is different so I really cant recommend anything to you. If you trying to GAIN muscle than take alot. Calories are the key to gaining muscle, bottom line and the oat muscle is a great product to increase calories without putting on bodyfat
